Meet Frances Hayes, our friendly and dedicated receptionist. Frances joined the Kew Dental Care team in July 2020, and has been an integral part of our practice ever since. As the first point of contact, she greets patients warmly whether they walk-in, call or email. Frances is always happy to assist with appointment bookings or any queries you may have and is known for her friendly and approachable demeanour. She loves getting to know patients and their families and is always happy to chat.
When she is not at work, Frances enjoys walking and exploring the parks and markets London has to offer. She also loves to travel, and has lived abroad, which has given her a unique perspective and ability to connect with people from different cultures. Her love for all things Irish is evident, so you may find her missing on St Patrick’s Day! Frances is currently on maternity leave, enjoying every precious moment of motherhood with her beautiful new baby boy. We wish her all the best and look forward to her return.
