We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 2 working days' notice prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without incurring any charges. Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Charges for Late Cancellations: In the event that a client fails to provide the required notice period, a charge of £100 per hour or part thereof will be applied. This charge covers the time and resources allocated to the appointment, as well as any inconvenience caused due to the late cancellation.

Cancellation Methods: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments by contacting our customer service team via email, phone, or through the online booking system, if available. It is important to receive confirmation of the cancellation from our team to ensure proper processing.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, such as emergencies or sudden illness, which may prevent a client from providing the required notice. In such cases, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation. We will review each case on an individual basis and may waive the cancellation charges at our discretion.
